On this page, we will share with you a number of previously-recorded performances by Patrick C. Vida on the actual piano from Olympic that we are trying to preserve. We hope you enjoy them!

All of the music recorded in the videos below really shows precisely what we are trying to preserve: a historic piano with ties to Titanic. This is the sound of the Olympic-class ships and their era. We are attempting to preserve the instrument and its sound in a safe environment for future generations of Titanic and music history enthusiasts to enjoy.

Saving RMS Olympic‘s Surviving Steinway Piano

This 20-minute documentary was created by Thomas Lynskey of HFX Studios (YouTube Channel Part-Time Explorer) in March 2024 to help bring attention to our work. Thomas serves as an honorary member of and advisor to our board of directors. We very much appreciate his assistance in raising awareness of our work.
